What we collect

The details you type into our forms: name, WhatsApp number, email, and your answers about budget, timing and the property you're looking for. We also record which page or campaign brought you to the site.

If you comment one of our keywords on Instagram (for example GUIDE), we use your Instagram username and comment to reply and send you the link you asked for, and we keep a record of it in our CRM.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, send the guide or alerts you asked for, and follow up about properties that fit. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored in our HubSpot CRM account, and only VILORA has access to them. The website is hosted by Netlify, which passes your form to HubSpot, and its fonts are served by Google Fonts. Emails, including the copy of a guide you ask for, are sent from our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Instagram comments and messages are handled by Instagram (Meta). Our posts on TikTok and LinkedIn are published through those platforms' official tools; we don't collect any data from your TikTok or LinkedIn account. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp.

Cookies

HubSpot, our analytics tool, sets cookies to count visits and to connect a returning visitor with an enquiry. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long

We keep your details while we're in touch about property, and delete them when you ask.
