Information, not advice

Our pages, guides and posts explain how buying property in Dubai works. They are general information, not legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Fees, laws and prices change: check the current figures with us, the Dubai Land Department or your bank before you commit to anything.

Listings and projects

Prices, availability, payment plans and handover dates come from developers and owners and can change without notice. Images of projects that are not yet built are artist's impressions. Nothing on this site or in our posts is an offer until it is confirmed in writing.

Our content

The text, designs and videos on this site and our accounts belong to VILORA or are used under licence from their owners (for example developers' media packs and stock libraries). Please don't copy or republish them without asking us.

How we publish

VILORA uses its own tools to publish its own posts to its own accounts on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. These tools only post content VILORA has approved; they don't post for anyone else or read anyone else's account.
